In a city of hundreds of mediocre, sub-standard, suburban Chinese restaurants, where there is no attention given to quality or consistency, McChina totally breaks that mould. Sitting on a busy, non-discreet corner in outer Wimbledon, it is as close you will get to authentic Chinese like China town. Great selection of dishes, the seafood ho fun is a personal fave, reasonable prices, very good portion size and overall a feeling of fresh ingredients cooked well and with care. There is no other Chinese that compares in a 1 mile radius and no i haven't been paid for this.

First time I've tried this place and I sorely wish I'd come here when you could be seated. The food here is approaching the kind of quality you get in the Gulf or near East - fresh ingredients with little to no reliance on pre-made sauces. I tried a few of the classics and one thing I rarely try out first time - the duck. Absolutely nailed it, and even though it was for takeaway, it still tasted excellent. Another nice bonus about living down here
Great place to eat a lively meal with families, friends and colleagues. The price is great for what you get. Food are delicious and enough to fill your stomach. Staffs are really friendly and supportive. You always feel welcome when you are there. A visit to this place would really surprise you with all the goodies.
