I went to The Flux on a whim looking for some classic games. JD, the gentleman at the register, asked how he could help. I explained to him what I was looking for and he mentioned that they didn't have any copies, but made the effort of reaching out to other collectors and found not 1 but all 3 rare games I was looking for and for a good, reasonable, price. JD wasn't pushy or rude about purchasing them (something I've encountered when just asking for prices or availability at other places with other sellers). I was expecting to pay 500 dollars for a single game, but JD managed to get me all three for much less! The place itself is clean and filled with so many nostalgic toys, games, comics, and collector's items. Not to mention they have special guests coming down to their store as well! I won't bother with e-Bay or Amazon if I'm looking for something this specific ever again. Thanks again to The Flux and JD for making my search for collectibles a fun and easy one.

Had previously no problem going into The Flux and being greeted with awesome attitudes and service. Maybe they were just having a bad day but it felt as if there was a bad vibe hanging in the air. Brought in items to be traded, was given a 15%-20% sales trade for the value. It's understandable as a business to practice this way, it has to be done in order to re sell and make a profit. Even though the average trade value is usually 35%-45% of what its worth i was willing to cut my losses to move some of my items. Ended up trading a bunch of items for a console. We agreed to the deal. I mentioned i had another box of items for more possible trade credit in the vehicle. When i brought them in i was told that those items were also included for the console trade even though we had already agreed on the previous lot. It was unfortunately a bad way of negotiating and left a bitter taste where usually it was so sweet to visit. There was no miscommunication, just a plain lie to the customer. I hope to visit again and find a different sense of the place. I know The Flux has the potential to be great because it once was.

Amazing place i was there a few months ago and the arcade was amazing i also liked the music awesome atmosphere and great attitude it was the best although a few machines did not work i honestly hope you guys can fix them but a 30 out of 10 great place i liked it alot
The place is really cool. However some of arcades don't work. The place also sells cool stuff and I wish someday there'll be new arcade to replace the broken arcades
Haven't been there in a year, had some good arcades but still some the same ones that were broken or not working from when I was there a year ago.
Half of the arcade games didn't work. Some were nostalgic. Won't be back.
Great selection of old games and comics and collectibles. Arcade is fun at good price.
