Very untrustworthy and unprofessional. From issues in attendants not fulfilling hours outlined in a client's plan to case workers, such as Samantha, demonstrating little to no understanding of a clients needs, I would never recommend this agency for a loved one. Despite repeated communication regarding issues we were having with an attendant, the agency continued to state they had to \do what was in the best interest of the client\ (who is demonstrating symptoms of dementia and is clearly unable to make logical, rational decisions). Again, rather than trying to work WITH the family to meet the clients needs, Samantha felt the need to act rudely and unapologetically. There is no worse feeling than having your loved one cared for by an agency who you have no trust in.
