YOU WOULD THINK BEING A HEALTHCARE BUILDING AND CANCER CENTER, THE LADIES IN THE FRONT WOULD BE MORE COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING. NOPE! NO GOOD MORNING. NO HOW ARE YOU. JUST A PLAIN AND RUDE \SIGN IN HERE\ OTHER THAN THEM, THE REST OF THE STAFF IS GREAT!!!

Worst patient care. I was referred because of an abnormality in my blood which could possibly be leukemia. A little background i suffer from compression syndromes, chronic pain, fatigue and many more symptoms which make my body be in constant pain day in and day out. Due to my health conditions breathing properly is a problem which wearing a mask exacerbates my breathing and causes me dizziness and faint. Which is why I can't wear a mask but at least I try to comply by wearing a shield. After registering, after sitting in the lobby, and after taking my vitals and medical history the nurse tells me that the doctor will not see me without a mask and they will call me for a tele health consult. Again my body is in constant pain and getting out of bed is not an easy task for me much less drive and sit in a cold lobby. If the doctor knew that the visit could be done through tele health why do they force us sick people to come into the office. Why didn't they make the appointment a tele health visit from the start? I will not risk fainting and risking my life while wearing a mask to possibly protect others from a virus with a 99% survival rate. Not to mention, if masks work then sick or scared people wear two masks so us people that can't wear a mask stop being harassed by health care professionals that made an oath to do no harm yet they told me wear a mask and risk your life or we won't see you. You all should lose your license for turning away a patient.

Waited a week to be able to go in. Then only so they could get insurance info and paperwork. Told I needed some records would hear within 48 hours. Didn't happen. Still need some records but don't know what. Girl is out. No consideration for patient. After all I only have cancer.

Discovered today that these group of doctors basically pick and choose which patients they will see and which ones they’ll let die. Very small are of oncologists and suggests the the cancer patients they won’t see travel an hour plus to Brownsville. This is so sad
