In the past this place had a bad rep, but now that I'm a new resident of this place the area has vastly improved in just about everything. New ownership. Clean environment. Renovated rooms. Amazing management, Carol is the absolute best at what she does. For the price and location it is a very good and improving apartment complex. I would recommend to anyone!

Carol is one of the most wonderful landlords I have ever had! I love that the dog park is right across the street, the neighborhoods nearby are nice, never had a problem with neighbors, the pool is always clean, the complex is well kept, pets are openly welcome, never had a bug issue, maintenance has never failed me (record time responses), everything is in great condition. It's a great location too! Carol will make sure you are taken care of and wants you (and your pets) to be happy \u003c3 Zero complaints.
