I purchased a 350 serger from this store because I was told that when we buy a sewing machine a professional technician will help you understand and use your new product. I needed help with the serger I bought and the gentleman that helped me out was so fast. He cared less if I walked out not knowing how to thread the serger and sure enough here I am with a 350 machine that I can’t use because I have no clue as to threading it.

Sewing machines are like vacuums nowadays. It breaks, you toss it and go buy a new one. Well, some folks aint like that. If you take care of your stuff, it will take care of you. These folks are stellar! They are SUPER busy. Dont expect anything done overnight or within a week.. They can fix any type of machine and at a reasonable price. It's hard to find old skool repair shops. Luckily, you can find anything on 10th! Plotted, Scouts out.
