Appointment was available right away! They informed me of all requirements, continued to call me to remind me. Got there at 0900 and exam began at 0930 with sign up process included. Staff is so nice! I had a great experience.

Called asking to talk to the Marketing Rep. Wanted to set up an account. The lady that answered told me that she could not give me the contact number, but would try to get a hold of the MR. She returned to the phone stating she was out of the office. What business hires a MR that can not sure a contact number for him/her. Great way to lose business.
