I want to thank McAllen Public Works for paving our alley. I especially want to thank Manuel De Rueda as he took the initiative to start this project and with his team did a fantastic job!!! Can't thank you all enough on how my family and our neighbors now have accessible access to our driveways.

3 times Ive asked to have a new recycling bin ad my handle broken on one side and other is going that direction. 3 times a work order is put in and 3 times I get nothing. I pay for a service and dont get full services. Epitome of government run that doesn't do what it gets paid for. Dont forget to ask for a raise though.

I called in the morning to ask if they could please bring me a new trash can (mine had a hole). By noon they had picked up my trash and brought me a brand new can. Thank you so much

I have been calling for 8 days to the City of McAllen and AEP to report a power line on a tree in the back alley.....I have photographed and video taped the City of McAllen employees going through the alley with large equipment, trash pickup and brush pickup, each going right by the power line and brushing up against it with their equipment and the City of McAllen evidently doesn't care about their employees.....
