Worst service I have ever received from the staff. I never write reviews but it is that bad. You have to be constantly calling them for everything like procedure approvals, results. I had to wait a whole month after Dr ordered a test for them to finally submit it to insurance for authorization. Called multiple times never received call back, was told order was submitted never heard back, until a month passed I called insurance and was told order was never submitted. I had a CT and bloodwork done 2 weeks ago, had not heard anything, called today and was told i can be put in for Monday so results can be given. I have worked in Dr offices before, and this is just ridiculous.

Great Dr but if you need to actually be able to get in to see the Dr this is not the Dr for you. We had to wait almost 2 months for an appointment only to get a call 2 days before the set appointment to be rescheduled for 6 weeks later. If a patient sets up an appointment obviously there is a need for them to see the Dr.
