Not sure what the point of setting an appointment with these people is. They have you wait for several hours and don't provide an update, they completely forgot about the patient. When you ask for an update they act dumbfounded as if you hadn't been sitting in front of them for hours. I'm not even sure if the doctor is up to par because we exhausted ourselves before even getting to him. Had another appointment. After confronting them and informing them that we were leaving they finally said that the doctor will see our son. Doctor needs better help and at least a PA, him alone is clearly not enough. Other Pts in the reviews experience same issues. Based on these reviews they don't seem to want to change and improve their terrible service, I'm sure they read these, so many negative reviews and still service continues to be such a disappointment. What a shame

He’s an ok guy I guess, but he’s a bad doc.He literally ignores you to answer his phone and constantly texts without answering your questions.I understand emergencies happen, which I doubt it was, but this was an awful experience overall. I waited 5 hours just to see this man. I never went back. Thankfully we were referred to a better neurologist.

Worst experience of my life. I guess Drs here don't read up on patients before they walk into the room to consult because each time I would go with my daughter I'd have to explain my concerns and tell them why I was there. Then on my last visit they say perhaps my daughter has enlarged tonsils. I agree to have a sleep test done and when I get to facility they don't have anything ready for me to fill out. The employee at the front desk leaves to the back \to get things ready\ my daughter then has to use the RR which is locked!!!!! I begin to calmy call out for employee NO RESPONSE! So I begin to knock on window to hopefully get the attention of any staff member available. I then take of my mask and begin to yell for anyone to please open the RR door for my toddler daughter. NO ONE EVER CAME TO WINDOW. Thanks for almost causing my kid to wet her pants!!!!

You should check and see how your front desk treat their patients. The lady was very rude and didn’t have any manners.
