I can’t believe I tried to schedule an appt here at this office i called twice and the two times I called the front office staff just picked up and said “ gastro please hold” and left me on hold for 20min both times. After the second time I gave up and just went to another doctor if I had issues for them to answer me I can’t imagine how it is to get treatment or anything done there. The doctor might be good but has horrible staff I guess.

I have been with Dr. Rodriguez for over 3 yrs and he has always been very kind, polite and very professional and his staff too have always been very kind and polite, no complaints. (I'm trying to give Dr. Rodriguez a 4 1/2 rating but I don't know how to do a half star).

Great experience
My mother suffered a heart attack and was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Rodriguez was selected by the hospital to perform her endoscopy. She was prepped for the procedure and Dr. Rodriguez postponed the examination. She was rescheduled a day later, and he pushed out the procedure again. I can understand things come up, but this is very unprofessional, especially when a cardio team is waiting on his results prior to moving forward.
