If no stars were possible would give it. Why are patients scheduled for an appointment and then routinely told they have to wait 90 minutes to 2 hours. The waiting room was crowded, there were people coughing with no mask on and staff did not apparently think this is an issue in the midst of a pandemic. One person had flip flops on but kept taking them off. People were playing loud music with no head phones and loudly talking on the phone. There is no excuse for the way this office is run or the disregard they have for their patients. I asked others who had been and was told he is a good doctor but that this wait is fairly standard. Even if the wait time were reasonable, if you are going to keep a bunch of people with medical issues in a confined waiting area you need to have a staff trained to manage that even if it just means maintaining sanitary conditions.

Had a failed inguinal hernia surgery in Brownsville went to doctor Carlos Garcia Cantu and put my faith in him and he did not fix it. Told him it was a lumbar hernia but most doctors don't know what it is and he charged me for something that was unnecessary. He got paid and then discarded me.
Me dieron una hoja para mandarme hacer un ultrasonido pero se les olvido llenarla completa... y hasta que fui al hospital me di cuanta porque me dijieron que no me podian hacer el ultrasonido porque faltava algo que llenaran en la hoja ahi en la oficina del Dr. Carlos , y pues por la culpa de quien me iso la hoja perdi mi tiempo y tuve que volver hacer cita.
