Recently had my first service and then engine management light came on two weeks later. Contacted MB and they had no problem taking car back to check it over. After checking their work they recommended taking the car to Mercedes as they guessed it was a faulty sensor on the exhaust and this was covered under warranty. They could have just done the diagnostic check themselves and charged me 80 and then told me to go to Mercedes but they phoned first which says a lot about their professionalism and honesty. Excellent service will use them again

I have taken my Mercedes GLA to MB Liverpool over the last few years and they've always done a fantastic job. Great value for money compared to other garages and I've always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. I will continue to use this garage and highly recommend to others.
Had various cars here over the past couple of years. Very easy to book in and when I asked him Do they offer courtesy cars he said it’s my lucky day. Had to laugh when it was an electric mini he offered. Bit different from my range rover I can tell you. Total lifesaver though as I would have been stuck in town without it. Got my car back later that day all lovely and clean. Even fixed the squeaking noise coming from Somewhere in the back. Turns out it was the kids toy jammed in between the back seat. Can’t say anything other than on the ball and their prices are way below main dealers. Keep up the good work guys Many thanks.
