I contacted M.B Jarvie last week requesting my car be booked in for a 4 wheel alignment, as it had one a few days previous at another garage, and they had completely messed my car up, it just didn't feel right at all! After reading the reviews of M.B Jarvie I felt they looked professional and worth paying the little bit extra over what other companies charge for alignments. I was of the opinion If they are good enough to align Lamborghini's, Porsche's etc, then they are certainly good enough for mine. Communication before the car was even looked at was excellent. The day of drop off was simple and the email with the alignment data of the before & after specs, invoice, payment options was friendly. I had actually requested I pay for the 4 Wheel alignment & Geometry Audit however Adam was very honest and advised he would only do this if they weren't able to get the alignment into spec. How many other garages would refuse extra money a customer is offering and put honesty first? Not many, but M.B Jarvie does! Sure, you can get alignment's done cheaper at the bigger branded tyre places I won't name but do yourself a favour... Pay the extra 30/40quid and have it done once and right! I've had loads of alignments on cars over the years and wish I'd found M.B Jarvie sooner. Most garages will simply align your car so that the specs are 'within tolerance' rather than having the degrees bang on where they should be. M.B Jarvie take the time to do it right thus ensuring a happy customer. My car feels transformed and the best it's been since my ownership. I won't use anywhere else now for alignments and highly recommend to anyone considering using them.

Had a great experience with MB Jarvie from start to finish. I had my car in for a manufacturers service. The emails I received on what I needed to were really informative and easy to follow. The online self check in service was also handy. The regular updates via email and text were brilliant and the work they done was really high quality too, I will definitely use these guys again for future work on my car, highly recommended!
1st time using this garage for my car. Adam went out of his way to accommodate me to fit me in for a service and M.O.T on short notice, even though short staffed due to COVID. Their email and text updates system is fantastic and gives you peace of mind and progress reports. Drop off was seamless with a contactless system, you just drop off your key in a letterbox style chute, I then received a text message to say my key had been received by them. On collecting the car I had the privilege of meeting Adam who was very polite and knowledgeable about his trade. The prices are reasonable too and the invoicing is transparent with a full breakdown of all works carried out. I have finally found a genuine garage who I can now trust and leave my car with without any worries. I Can highly recommend MB Jarvie and Adam and his team, and will definitely be back.
Big thanks to Adam and his team who undertook a major repair on my vehicle at short notice. I was very impressed with the online booking process, drop off and collection process which is in place, especially important during this current Covid crisis. The process was made less stressful by the regular progress updates received. A first class service and one I will be sure to recommend to friends and family. Thank you again and I look forward to doing business with the team in the future.
