Recently just bought a Mercedes amg from Mazz Motors. Turned up and got to meet Zaki the sales manager. No hard sell from him just polite and chatty. Very accommodating allowing me to go back 730pm and take car out for test drive. Bought the car with a couple of issues on the promise to get rectified at my convenience. They serviced the car and did a new mot and then personally delivered the by the owner Mazz at 8pm Friday evening to my home. Few days later took car back to sort out couple of issues and they loaned me a Lexus with 5 days insurance. Totally satisfied with mazz motors they kept to their word and did everything that was asked of them and more. Great family business very polite and pleasant worthy of 10 stars. Wouldn't get this service from a main dealer. Keep up the hard work Mazz Motors.
Very friendly place and always ready to go the extra mile for you. Spoke to the guys to see if they could get me the car i was looking for, couple weeks later they turn up with the vehicle i was looking for, gave me a call and said (i have this vehicle ready to go). didn't think twice, bought the vehicle straight way. This shows how helpful this guys are. Thank You Mazz Motors. very organised showroom with very nice cars. Have recommended many of my friends to these guys. Highly Recommended.
Mazz Motors, Surbiton. Ford focus edge :YK11EXN. Vehicle had a power steering issue, i returned it to be repaired under warranty, 4 days later i was told vehicle had been fully repaired and a new steering rack had been put in. The steering problem continued after repair so I asked for a refund & to return the car under my consumer rights (failure to repair), i was rudely told to go away & that they would not take the car back. I informed the finance company who then sent out an independent engineer to inspect the vehicle, he concluded that no repair had been carried out & the steering rack was the original the vehicle was produced with in 2011. I eventually returned the vehicle & got my deposit back via the finance company, but only after mazz motors claimed there was additional paint damage to the vehicle, this was easily disproved because I had photographic evidence of the condition of the vehicle from the day i financed it.. Awful company with equally awful sales staff.. I would strongly advise anybody against purchasing a vehicle from Mazz Motors..
