Would of given 4 possibly 5 stars if someone picked up the phone, unfortunately I keep being hung up on and all I needed was information on whether the flanelle sofa set came with pillows like in the picture. The furniture is light weight and well built. Please ensure someone picks up at the other end as communication is key. Thanks

The cover lasted 4 months for my outside L shaped sofa and ripped, Maze Living replaced the cover with a cover that doesn't fit my sofa, I'm now left with an outdoor sofa with part of the material exposed, I have sent Maze Living pictures of the poor fit and there feedback was the factory don't agree with my comments. To add, the customer service agent didn't want to listen and just talk over me continually telling me the new cover fitted well. Now having seen Maze living response trying to discredit me so they don't have to replace the cover shows what type of organization they are, I have added a video to my review to help anyone understand Maze livings view of a good fit.
We purchased a table and chair set and also a sofa this summer. We are really happy with the products but the after sales experience was even better. We had a couple of issues with the table set that were sorted quickly with focus on customer satisfaction. Just seem a really genuine company which is hard to find these days.
We spent a long time researching our garden furtniture, it's not cheap so it was important to us that we got the right product. I found Maze Living when searching other websites as Next had shut down there site and I have to say I have been really impressed, not only were they cheaper but they delivered quickly in comparison to other sites, the service was very good from placing the order to delivery. We bought the New York corner sofa in the end and we love it! Above all I was most impressed with the quality of the furniture itself, it surpassed my expectations completely, the frame is sturdy and looks really premium and the cushions are very plump (I saw from reviews on other sites that this is sometimes a problem). Couldn't be happier, would recommend to anyone who's looking to buy new garden furniture, the quality is well worth the price tag.
Ordered the Ascot 3 Seat Sofa Set with Rising Table. I am so delighted with it. Very well made...a beautiful light mixed grey and very comfortable cushions. The delivery guys, Alan and Rob, were extremely helpful and polite and a credit to the Company
