The food is good, portion sizes vary but that's life. My major gripe is that I always ask for tartare sauce and I'd say 75% of the time we are charged for the dip but don't receive it. If I ever check if it's in the bag I'm always assured it is only to get home to no sauce. It is a small thing but extremely infuriating. I have had one lady who works there strongly object the one time I physically mentioned it not being in last week, no apology forthcoming either when it was found to not be in the bag.

I was charged 9.70 for two chips, 2 sausages, one pie and one gravy. Went online it should have come to 7 The sausage and chips was fine. The problems lie with being over charged by 270 and there was one sausage missing to so I was over charged 430 The pie and chips only had a a very small amount of chips.
