Staff are very polite and welcoming. The chalet room is absolutely Immaculately clean and very good provided amenities. The shower and toilet are spotless and it's been an absolute pleasure staying there. I will definitely book to stay there on my next Gold Trowel Plastering course. Thank you. A. I highly recommend this to everyone.

The woman Sharon that runs the place is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. First I called to see about paying and she was rude on the phone. Then when I showed up she was very awkward towards me and didn’t seem to know if their was any swims available. Won’t be going back which is a shame because the lakes are actually OK but don’t need the hassle from that witch again so just going to find somewhere better.
