OUTSTANDING coffee, lovely atmosphere. Maya roasts their coffee in-house and have their roasting room behind a big window, so you can see some of the roasting process, if you're there at the right time. There are bags of what I am sure is premium coffee available for purchase, as well as coffee pods. The baked goods are also pretty tasty. Also, Maya has all biodegradable products for to-go coffees. Maya is a true gem of a coffee shop.

Coffee always tastes great here. They roast their own beans and it is just a great coffe. I take their beans home to brew at home and so far the Brazilian is the best beans I have tried and I drink coffe religiousl

Organic and fair coffee roasters, good espresso. Very busy (too busy) around lunch time, but you can spend quite some time there reading the newspapers they offer.
