Partner just called to give feedback on food as was not at all satisfactory. The attitude and pure rudeness of the staff managing the call was more disgusting than the food! A bad meal can happen - but the customer service can make up for that if they deal with it properly. Meat was grey, ribs were fatty etc. Would always usually give establishments more than one chance but will be avoiding spending any money at this place again. No need for the immediate arrogance and patronising tone when they received the call. Costs nothing to have manners. Will cost your business alot if you continue to treat people this way!!!!!

Had a meal for the may house on Saturday 5 September now I've always been a big fan of the may house in the past But this meal was bad and I mean bad don't know what is going on down there .if they have changed ownership since the lock down but I don't think I will have anything from there again the lot went in the bin.???????????? Very disappointed.
