I personally think closing at 3pm is to early for a town post office !! It doesn't give working people chance to post parcels or pick them up .

Rude staff who go out of their way to make your life difficult. They also have a premium 087 phone number listed online and they have purposefully made it very difficult to find the local area number which is charged at a much lower rate. I like that Dunmow High Street has always stayed independently owned and I always try to put my money back into local business, but May and Brett are a disgrace to Dunmow and I'm honestly surprised they've managed to stay in business so long.
Always friendly. Don't just think that this is a newsagent. Toys, office goods, brewing, so much more
