Had a very nice lunch her with my wife and daughter. The outdoor seating was wonderful as it was January and not hot out at all. They had live music and it was not over powering like some places where you have to scream at each other. The service was great very friendly and very knowledgeable about there menu. I had there bloody Mary which was good but a bit spicy for my taste. The food was very good and cooked as requested. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is some of the best brunch in Orlando. Mr Maxine was super friendly and sold us on the steak and eggs and my friend got the brisket. This was some of the best breakfast I've had in my 4 years in Orlando. The brisket was hands down, amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly and so tasty with the hollandaise sauce. They keep things hustling and are so friendly. I will definitely be back. Here is a pic of what I have left of the seasonal black cherry mimosa. Make reservations now!
It was our first time dining at Maxine’s and it was a great experience. Great outdoor seating or indoors, live music, an artistic place with super friendly and helpful service. The food was delicious! I totally would recommend this place. We even got a special greeting from Maxine herself at our table which was really nice We will indeed come back. If you are in the area definitely make a stop at Maxine’s on Shine!
Terrific place, terrific food, terrific staff. We had a beautiful outdoor covered table for our party of 8 that felt like it was in a private area, with an acoustic musician outdoors and well. The drinks were a hot, Bloody Marys, mimosas, and sangria with brunch. The bacon is thick and crispy, the fried green tomatoes crunchy, the crab cakes tasty. All the mains were more than most of us could finish and everyone was happy with what they got.
WOW! We had the most amazing, Romantic, and joyful Valentine’s Day/one year anniversary at Maxines. The food was some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and the people were even better. The chef came to say hello as well as Maxine herself. There was live music and live painting before our eyes. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left full, smiling and giddy from incredible wine. We will be coming back as often as possible.
