A few weeks ago I phoned to ask about flu jab. I wanted to know if the jab was the same as last year or it it was updated formulae. Receptionist could not tell me. She then said \mmm were booking quite far ahead for the flu jab\ And so they were, a fortnight to get a nurse appointment. So I attended the nurse appointment and asked her the question re flu jab formulae, to be told no its the same as last year. So I did not take it and left. A waste of time and energy. I really dread lifting the phone now to try and get medical attention as it really is like wading through treacle. In this day and age of online information it is not good enough that the practice does not give information on a website.

Considering all doctor's surgeries are quite strained right now - Mavor works very well with the amount of patients they cover. All doctors I have had appointments with are very helpful and professional. Yes, if your appointment is after 10am you probably have to wait 10 minutes but so what? Top marks for the doctors, the nurses and reception.
Been a patient for years. Amazing practice with pleasant and helpful staff. Doctors are all wonderful and friendly.
Admin staff are more than terrible. 1 out of 3 I spoke to helpful. Also processes that were probably in place in the 1800's desperately need updated. Really poor service
All staff are VERY pleasant, always a friendly voice at other end of the phone to help in our time of medical need. Receptionists are very hard working as well as medical staff and I think some people need to realise that. Well done to Mavor holding it all together especially throughout the Covid-19 outbreak to ensure people can stay at home and still receive the medical attention required. Maximum respect to the NHS.
