It's so UNBELIEVABLY BAD the service this online store (not) provide! It's been 6 weeks since I made a purchase and I want to reinforce that I only made it because it was NEXT DAY DELIVERY!! Its so unbelievably disrespectful to a consumer such lies! What they, clearly, don't understand is that reselling good quality products is not the only concern an online store must have as their real \product\ is their SERVICE! AND IT'S VERY POOR! And apologies are irrelevant in face of those facts as this is not a personal relationship!

I have purchased two mattress so far.. no issues and it was good experience. This time I have purchased bed as well.. The bed arrived in two boxes both damaged. The bed had stains and rips due to bad packaging and handling. I immediately contacted them they advised me to assemble it as ususally bed doesnt get damaged in transport. I assembled it and had issues with four items which they sent it to me. but then I couldnt replace the items as it will mean disassemble whole bed and build it again. In short, they use third party suppliers and have no control over quality and issue resolving hence I would definitely avoid them in the future.. lesson learned hard way..
Superb customer service - friendly, quick, efficient, professional. We mistakenly put two orders through and they resolved it promptly and without any debate. Delivery using Panther who were great (what a difference to other delivery companies).

Mattress was delivered within two days with communication as to the day and the time it would arrive. The delivery guys were really nice, well presented and polite. Have only used the mattress once but found it extremely comfortable. Well done, great service.
