Incredibly rude staff. Everything seems like it's too much effort for them, their lack of customer service is disgusting. Most people who come into the pharmacy are either unwell, or collecting for someone they care for, so please learn to show some empathy and mind how you speak to people. Will never go here again.

This Mattock Lane pharmacy nearly killed me!! They left me FREE DAYS without antidepressant tablets only because I had on my prescription 300mg and they had just 150 mg !! I explained them my terrible condition due missing the dosage , that I can’t already function normally just lying in bed unable to go to work with my head spinning unable to stand up from dizziness and weakness and I having nightmares during night sleep... . I asked to give me Just ONE TABLET while GP send new prescription for 150 mg instead of 300mg. THEY HAVE REFUSED IT TO GIVE ME EMERGENCY DOSE EVEN THOUGH MY PSYCHIATRIST CALLED THERE! I am not new to to this pharmacy GP call them but they still refused to give me just one tablet while new prescription comes through!! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE CAN DO THAT TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING !
The staff at Mattock Lane Pharmacy are always so helpful and courteous. I often ask the pharmacist for help and advice and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!
