The team in charge of us is very nice, and VERY professional. Felt completely safe, and had a lot of funny jumping in this beautiful small valley, on top of the lake. They photos are GREAT, and sent it to you very fast. I was also impressed how great was the video they made, I didn't expect such a cool \montage\. Would recommend Outdoor Interlaken with no doubt!

Great bungy experience with a few bad points! The place is amazingly beautiful and the staff is very nice and professional. Nevertheless, the price is relatively high, photos are not included and 58.- more without a chance to see them before buying. The schedule is also quite strict. Still a very good time with them :)
Interlaken Outdoor has great customer service. Unfortunately due to an emergency we couldnt join our scheduled trip. Despite being last minute they were super professional and responsive and helped us come to a solution for the trip. I will definitely book with them next time!
The activities are great, rafting for example was amazing. The guides are really great and very friendly! Highly recommended! Only reason I won't give 5/5 is because of the people who answer the phones. Never available and when you can get hold of them, completely unhelpful. One day bought tickets for something that later turned out wasn't open, can never get hold of them, customer service is poor even if the activities are great.
One of the best days of my life! Conquered the freezing waters while canyoning then followed it up by flying high above the Alps. The entire process of setting up the adventure with Outdoor was as simple as could be. After booking the trip and venturing to Switzerland, our hostel was able to set up a pickup time with Outdoor. They came straight to our door the morning of our adventure and let us grab our canyoning gear and sign all of the required waivers. We booked early in the morning and were lucky enough to have a private canyoning experience even though we payed the group price. Canyoning was intense, thrilling, and totally worth the money. After drying off we grabbed a quick lunch before heading to the paragliding pickup area which they drove us to. Paragliding is actually done with a different company through a collaboration with Outdoor Interlaken, but they were just as kind and all of the pilots were top notch. While paragliding looks like a boatless parasailing, it is an entirely different experience. The views are impossible to get otherwise, the speed is noticeable, and once you get near the ground, the optional stunts they pull are intense. I have recommended the entire experience to most people I know. If you make it out to Switzerland, check out Outdoor Interlaken. -9.3/10

Went white water rafting with my daughters and was so taken by the professionalism I decided at my later age to try canyoning which was as wonderful as the rafting. Very competent and safe. Thanks for the experiences and all the best.
