Lovely shops and cafe aswell as beautiful views and a working water powered flour mill. I would recommend a visit just for the variety of flour available. Unfortunately the museum was shut during our visit due to the current situation.

An extensive range of flours, including bread flour. Their malted flake makes delicious bread. The staff are friendly and helpful too. There are lovely spots for a picnic nearby too. The tearoom looks good, but I've not been in. As for Covid-19, there's a screen up where you but the flour and a one way system. The cafe staff wear masks and there's a one-way system. It's all very reassuring..

Great for seeing how it all used to be done, and still is. They still bag up the flour on site, amazing to see so many varieties. Lovely tea shop, fab cake. A few other traditional trades including a working forge.
