This place is absolutely the best if you're having any kind of mobile issue. The guy speaks fantastic English, he's super trustworthy, and he's very good with phones. He ended up helping me for free. He's a legend.
I highly do not recommend it, do not care about customers.My girlfriend's phone was overwhelmed by a wave and we decided to give it to repair. To repair it, we turned to ntd for help and very much regretted it. When transferring the phone, I specifically asked how much it would cost to restore the phone because the phone is a budget one and I thought maybe I should buy a new one instead of repairing it. I was told 5000-10000 rupees, the price suited me and we left the phone for the night. On the same day, I was told that they could repair it for 9,000, and I agreed. The next day I got a call saying that the phone was ready. We came for the phone, but on the spot it turned out that the speaker does not work and the phone does not see the network. To our question, why is this so? We were told that it was because he was in the water. As if that wasn't the main reason for our visit. We waited 4 hours in the store while they allegedly tried to repair the SIM card connector, but without success. We agreed that they would fix it the next day and call us. It was very unpleasant that we had to wait so long, but we decided to trust and paid in advance( this was another mistake).The next day we arrived again and the phone was not ready again. What made it even more frustrating, the Manager realized that after restarting the phone sees the network for about a minute and tried to use it. Ostensibly here is see all works. After a long negotiation, it turned out that they did not have spare parts, the SIM connector was simply washed of salt and that's all. We drove for 2 days just because ntd could not immediately say that they can not perform repairs of such complexity. They change what is easier to do-batteries and displays. Total 7,000 rupees of expenses and a broken phone. Thank you ntd
