Had a pleasant experience in this store today. Popped in for a vest top for my husband. He quickly chose what he wanted and me too ( well would have been rude not to have a little look) The store was clean and well presented. We didn't have to queue long and were served by Abbie, who was chatty and efficient. The queue was building so she called for more staff who promptly came.

3rd faulty item to be returned in a month. We have a jumper that unraveled after being worn once, slippers than came undone at the seam in less than a weeks use and school trousers that the seem became undone on on first use. I'm not sure what has happened to quality but doubt I'll buy much there again.

Nice enough place, staff are helpful, the missus really loves the place. They do nice throws for the sofa and bed. Wouldn't personally buy my clothes from here, some of the t-shirts have great designs.

I find the merchandising in store is really good , especially when new stock arrives. Noticed that the seats have been removed from the fitting rooms . I thought these were handy especially when trying on trousers , sometimes handy to sit down. Very rarely get acknowledged and very rarely get any conversation at the till which can sometimes make it a little awkward. Very much going through the motions.
