Matalan is a good store with good prices - and their clothes are always up to date depending on the time of year. They also do household furnishings such as cushions and kitchenware. They have a large range of clothes for people of all genders and ages. The staff are always friendly. One downside is that I sometimes struggle to find smaller clothing there.

Generally a good store however, being able to get my size is an issue. I saw a really nice t shirt and would've purchased it if they had my size. As usual XL was not available. Need to sort this out and stop telling me to go online and order it.
Nice store, tidy and helpful staff. Good choice of kids clothing and I like that there is a school section year round. Good choice for womens wear. Mens a bit less choice. Small home department but lots of choice at Christmas.
Tried Next for a suit but limited options and most available for the lead character in ightmare before Christmas\. Anorexic thin people only. Tried Matalan who had 3 times the choice at half the price, so got what I needed there.
The young lady who served me was very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant shopping experience
