Do not order online! You'll never see your item, no way to chase it up, phone lines closed, automated response on email. I spent 16 on 2 items for a birthday present at the start of the month, website said 3-5 days delivery. It was dispatched on the 12th (Apparently) and still no sign! Go somewhere else!

Really big store offering clothes and accessories for your home. The clothes on sale are all well merchandised and competitively priced. There is a large number of tills available to avoid waiting too long to pay for your goods. The store is located next to Morrisons with a huge free car park. There is ample disabled parking and parent and child places. The access to the store is is good for wheelchair users with level entry and automatic doors. The mainline train station is also only five minutes walk away making access easy should you not drive. The store has no customer toilets , however Morrisons store is directly next door offering customer toilets and a cafe.
I used the online ordering for the first time this week due to Covid restrictions currently in place . I purchased a jumper for 8 and had to pay for postage and packing. When I opened the package I found the jumper had a large hole - when I went to the post office I was informed that I would have to pay postage and packaging to return the jumper . So in all I paid 3.85 x 2 for delivery /return , so in all I have paid almost 16 and have nothing to show for this - how can this be ok ? I would never use the home delivery service again - very disappointed
All my items arrived smashed to shreds as they put china into a plastic bag and posted. No a single reply can't phone do not buy a thing from this place i seriously hope they go under
Visited 03/11/19. First visit in 20 years. Shop was fully stocked, but lots of rolling rails left in the way, had to move several to look at clothes. Prices aren’t too bad, but as always lots can be found cheaper elsewhere. The queue at the checkout was quite long, and not the quickest service. They young guy on the till was friendly.
