Made a booking for Covid-19 vaccination for Saturday 30th of January 2021 @ 3.40pm. I was running five minutes late. So decided to call them. Realised searching Google that they close @ 1.00pm. Very disappointing. No follow up call about missed appointment. Wasted my whole day.

Didn't open on time the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Masks lying on the floor products on the floor that had been knocked of shelves. Chemist looks unkept. The staff were very conscious and apologetic getting on with their job. Then having to wait for 10 minutes for the pharmacist to wonder in at his leisure, and waited another 10 minutes for him to sort himself out in order to come check and release the prescription.

Upon arriving found an appalling appointment system. The nurse wouldn't accepted card payment for my procedure. I haven't used cash since covid. Costs me 1.50 to get my own money. Out a local cash point ( in fairness I got this back after complaint) Upon asking for receipt she took my email in order to forward me one. I didn't receive the receipt. Totally inept practice and shall never go anywhere near it again.

There is always problems in this pharmacy customer service is terrible when you have to wait for service there's no acknowledgement or sorry for the wait prescription never right have to go back several times to sort it out then because I want to pay using a card is a problem if another assistant is on the phone I have to wait until they finish because the line is connected to the card reader I was told I could pay with cash and go to the cash point bearing in mind that there is a deadly virus going round and being told that we should use card to pay because it is safer the manager is really saying to me to risk my health by getting cash which could be infected and it is the same when I just want to purchase an item and there is never an apology for all this inconvenience I do now try to avoid going to this pharmacy unless it's absolutely necessary but I do get my prescription online now. All the assistants and especially the manager need customer service training and people skills training I think more so in these difficult times.
