Advertise bus for the trip but it was a microbus (van) . Crowded and not comfortable at all. Nice driver but no real stops for bathroom and to get some food. It was first time traveling with them and it will also be my last. Sorry Massaro but if I want no comfort and a van I can get faster and at better hours bus.

This company is totaly garbage. Unprofessional. Unaware of any kind of ethics.. There is No manager to contact. They do no refund... They Never obey, its time schedule Espicially from Otopeni. Never buy online ticket, based on their time. If they say 10am. Expect them 12.. This Massaro company is shame of romania.

Traveling from Onesti to Bacau... The worst expirience... from time schedule to the driver... especialy the driver. Never again :(
