You can access the cafe by metro or bus quite easily. It does have a flat entrance and therefore there is no problem for wheelchair entrance. The menu is poorly designed. You only get some titles. No pictures, no specific description. Plus the menu looks more like a mirror However the food is quite fantastic and the cafe gets extra points for its coffee. Food is served hot and in proper dishes with propet additions. In the warmer days of year there is a table outside the cafe which provides you with better view and atmosphere. Moreover, the inside is as good as the outside. Light exposure made the place look cozy and relaxing. Due to presence of families, atmosphere is mostly calm and noise free. Unlike the food, music is terrible. Bad speaker quality, poor choice of tracks and worst of all you can't suggest the next song. I had lasagna and it was simply the best lasagna i've ever eaten.
The menu has no prices on it and no English version of it. So yeah, good luck trying to order something you don't know what it is. The seating is not that comfortable either. Anyhow, it's a nice place. I'd visit it one or two times but not regularly.
If you care about the quality of your coffee, Sugar Cafe is the right place to enjoy your cup of coffee. I live outside the country and whenever I’m in Mashhad my time is very limited but Sugar Cafe is on of the few places in my hometown that I try to pay visit at least once. The price is not low but your get the best coffee for its price. The location is quite central and you have access to all corner of the city.
