We are extremely dissatisfied as we bought the full version of their accounting software almost 15 years ago but now they are charging us for annual support while this has not been mentioned in our initial contract! And since we did not pay the unfair fee this year, they’ve sabotaged the software so that we cannot even extract a report or run simple tasks within the app! They even deleted our first comment on here which violates clients’ rights and is against their motto “the customer is always right” We’ll be pursuing our rights through legal actions.
