I felt so at ease here, Nick Bohanon, David Remirez-Lopez, Ian Karume are phenomenal!!The General Manager Idaliz Maldonado is absolutely amazing, super nice makes the experience very simple and relaxed, stellar customer service!! Horrible experience, handed us a car without gas to test drive and didn’t let us actually drive on the highway. As a serious buyer they didn’t entertain us at all and didn’t even ask us to sit. Very cold and unwelcoming customer service. I walked in to buy a car and because i’m younger they didn’t take me seriously. Will spend my money elsewhere.
