The airport itself is great! Amazing value and clean! The staff however is terrible! Not a smile or thought of friendliness to be found... the only staff even close to acknowledging you exist other than to be grunted at is the two that actually scan your ticket/phone to walk the tunnel onto the plane. Also, watch your bags while being scanned, if I hadn't have been looking, my hygiene bag with my medicine (that would've canceled my trip without) was pulled off the conveyor belt with nothing said to me and I would've put my shoes on and walked away! I would've had to come back home without it! The lady who finally checked it looked like she took pleasure in throwing away the same tube of sunscreen that I have used each time I've flown...

By far one of my favorite airports to fly in and out of! So fast to get through along with great customer service, handicap parking and entrances. Public bathrooms and all! 5 stars easy!!!

Love flying with Allegant. Great and affordable Company. Flight attendance are very helpful and friendly. I would get their credit card if there wasn't a 59 yearly fee. It has lots of good offers. But not for me as a retired person. Always fly Allegant though .
