We do not need to go to Masbate City to buy groceries because they can be bought here- from generic and branded medicines to fresh fruits, meats and seafoods. The price is economically considered, too. Placer is the most progressive town here in the Third District of Masbate. Its goods at reasonable prices. Its location is accessible as well.

Fresh crab, shrimp and fish abound here. You can also buy dried seafood. Transportation is readily available. You can explore nearby islands to go fishing or swimming. Communication is no problem. Most everyone speaks English. Good cellphone signals but WiFi is rather slow.
