I still give 5 stars, because the delivered the package indeed well and they were reliable. I got only one problem and it's about a courier who doesn't even know where my address is and wanted me to pick up the parcel to other area.
Poor services!!! Items are already in their warehouse but it will take how many days before they deliver it to your house. Even if you go to there office and suggest to pick it up, they'll just tell you tomorrow it will deliver. Then the following day, they still not deliver it. I always wonder when is tomorrow? Maybe tomorrow is next year? That's how slow the delivery services they offer. And also, some of the delivery man will deliver your package at night like 7 pm, while there office close at 6 pm(not sure).

Unresponsive. Lacks in updating their costumer. 1st delivery went smoothly, 2nd delivery had a little error. 3rd delivery, I was not informed at all about why the delivery was cancelled twice, it was stated on their website that the delivery failed due to costumer unavailable, when in fact the rider had not contacted me at least once, we went to their office and they had already shipped out or parcel, irresponsible. 4th delivery, unresponsive nanaman yung mag dedeliver. I had called at least 3 times pero di sinasagot, 2nd day na but they still haven't delivered my parcel. I've texted na din yung mag dedeliver, no response. I have visited their office again, earlier today to ask about my "on hold" parcel, their response was "idedeliver po mamaya" yet wala pa ding text or call from the delivery guy. At least try to be responsible with your costumer's parcel, yung ibang orders na dinidelay nyo ang pag deliver very important.
I'm satisfied with their delivery...
