Masala Indian Cuisine

I visited here twice to pick up a takeaway while on business. The customer service from the staff is really good. They’re very welcoming and, unlike a lot of takeaways that are part of a restaurant, the wait for food is reasonably short. The restaurant itself looked nice and, had a been with my fiancée, I’d probably have ate in!

Ordered a takeaway for collection. The Morecambe Eats app advises you of your collection time. Arrived on time only to stand there for 25 minutes waiting for it to be ready. Not sure why they don't just give you a more accurate collection time to save you all standing together inside. Unfortunately food wasn't anything special compared to other local Indian takeaways we've tried. Don't think we'd use them again.

Cancelled our online order as they are busy. I have already paid and now have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back. Called them to discuss and they said there is nothing they can do then hung up on me. I shall not be using them again which is a pity as the food is good.
