Wellington has a very 'neighborly community' feel about it that gives a sense of safe & my neighbors are the best! The complex is managed & grounds as well as units are nicely maintained
I've lived here a little over a year and have had very little problem. What issues I have had have been quickly addressed or have nothing to do with the apartments or grounds but with the city's safety (which the complex community addressed with a neighborhood watch). Overall I'm quite happy here.
Spoke with a lady on the phone... I'm bad at remembering names. She was so helpful and kind with all of the questions I asked.
Don't believe the hype about this complex. I tried to apply here for an apartment and the staffing was rude to me. The grounds have trash all over the place and there are people coming and going on the property and I'm sure some of them down belong. This is just my opinion I know, but watching the traffic through this complex I don't get a good vibe from the area.
