This medical supply is HORRIBLE. If you walk in to the store, be prepare to have model numbers and knowledge of your own equipment, as I walked in and needed to ask a question, I was told by one of their \friendly\ (sarcasm) employees \I have no idea about these things\. THEN, I end up with the main office and it takes WEEKS for someone to get an answer to you. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other is doing. My suggestion to anyone needing ANY type of medical supplies is to contact Binson's or Wright & Phillipas
