Very rude whenever I call for a simple question. My kids this year were afraid to ride the bus because the bus driver was mean to them (they used to love riding the bus). Left several messages to speak to the Transportation supervisor, Delana Reeves and never received a call back. Bus was consistently late by over 10 minutes, we asked if they had a new pick up time their response with a condescending attitude was \shes still learning\. This department needs address some blatant customer service issues.
