I ordered the Princess floral bouquet for my daughter in-law for her Birthday. Unfortunately what she received was nothing like the picture they advertised. No work was put into it. Looked like the flowers were just thrown in the vase also some of the flowers looked dried and were dying. I was embarrassed that this was sent to her. I complained and sent a picture of the arrangement. I received a call from the Manager and asked me what I needed to complain about. I told her that the arrangement did not meet expectations. I explained to her that what I ordered was far from what was received. She disagreed with me and said it was the same. She then asked if I wanted the flowers picked up I told her yes. She then told me that they would give me an in store credit I told her no that I wanted my cc refunded since I wasn't going to order anything else from them. She then said she would talk to the owner. I never heard back and my cc was charged 96. I will never order from them. again...the left picture is what I ordered the right one is what we received..

Kristen was amazing!! We went in one day just to look and they had such an amazing display and let us actually see the cooler with flowers. I asked about 1 special kind and they didn't have it but said if I got it I could get it to them.and they would add it for me. Several days and several other shops later we went back, Kristen remembered what we had talked about and worked with us and our budget and remembered our special flower. You get what you pay for and I now have a new flower shop. I cant imagine going anywhere else!!
Fantastic florist. Great service. Flowers were fresh and stunning. Even an ice storm and polar vortex did not stop them from delivering as ordered and on time. Love this florist!
Expectations vs. reality. TERRIBLE customer service. My mother n law was disappointed with how they prepared this flower arrangement, and when she voiced her concern, they told her that they looked identical to the picture and that there was nothing that they could do and wouldn't refund her. They didn't even offer to redo the assortment. When you're paying for something that is 100, you'd think a business will be somewhat accommodating. Seriously don't waste your time or energy. If I could give Mary Murray's Flowers no stars, I would.
My husband has been getting flowers from Mary Murray's since we started dating and absolutely loved every single one. I wish I could share our pictures. They're all BEAUTIFUL!!
