I recently bought a property through Martyn Gerrard Muswell Hill, and Chris Antoniou was the sales manager on the transaction. From the onset Chris was very helpful and professional. He always made time to answer my queries in detail and provided regular updates on the progress of the transaction. He was very efficient at all times from liaising with the vendor to negotiate the sales price of the property and throughout the transaction so it progressed quickly (he promptly issued a memorandum of sale, removed the property from the market and went the extra mile to speak with both my solicitors and the vendor's solicitors to ensure that all queries were answered and followed up many times on outstanding issues so that exchange could happen).

Extremely happy with the service and results I got from Martyn Gerrard in Muswell Hill. They let my flat for a good price in difficult times. They were extremely professional, keeping me updated every step of the way. In particular I was most impressed with my case handler Anthony Whyte who was very helpful and professional throughout. Would highly recommend!

If I could give ten stars for the service I received I would gladly do so. From beginning to end the service was professional, polite, and efficient. Chris Antoniou is the absolute best. During the sale of my property he was always available to answer queries and ensure that I was well informed every step of the way . When things did not go to plan through no fault of the estate agent he was always working in the background to speed things up and solve any issues efficiently. On the odd occasion when Chris was unavailable there was always another member of staff willing to assist where possible. A massive thank you to Chris and the team for all your hard work to reach completion for the sale of my property. It certainly could of been more stressful. I would definitely recommend Martyn Gerrard without hesitation. I certainly could not have done this on my own, so all in all worth every penny.
