Spare controller module out weighs the cost of an entire replacement system. Mains Water input to the reservoir cannot keep up with water drawn by a standard washing machine so runs dry. Trips out. Washing machine works without water. Not good. Mains in needs to flow much faster. Can not vouch for rainwater side as has never worked in my ownership. The cost to buy will take 10 years on hahvesting alone to recoup if it runs toilets only. Not a good solution for me. Sorry. Unit functions well and customer service is brilliant in the UK.
