I called Mark after some phone cables were accidentally cut during an office refurb I was running and he came out quickly to diagnose the problem and while in also helped us to remove some old redundant wiring tidying the place up. A few weeks later and I had a phone line at home that needed testing, repairing and rejoining in my garden, Mark was round quickly to advise how to fix it and then carried out the repair for a very fair price. My go to Telecoms guy, does what he says he'll do when he says he'll do it.

Excellent professional. He improved our broadband from 6Mb to 25Mb download speed with a 2 hour onsite rewire and update of our phone sockets. Great value.
Mark responded quickly to my messages on Facebook about the job we needed doing. He attended when he was able to do so and did a quick, neat and thorough job after listening to all the requirements we had.
Mark helped to install data cables discretely and efficiently , for us to link to a Tesla battery on an external wall. During that job we discussed our slow broadband , running off old BT cables with no realistic prospect of an upgrade or fibre. Mark recommended a new external 4G mobile antenna and mesh network and spent a lot of time to ensure the best possible location for it was found. He was honest throughout about the possible improvements without any forced sell or obligation. We now have speeds that are way beyond what we hoped for, we can use devices throughout the house regardless of the thickness of our walls, and our mobiles on wifi calling with EE are now so clear we are able to ditch our landline !
