Absolutely the best doctor appointment/experience I’ve ever had. Doctor Ryan listened to me, thoroughly answered my questions, & I never felt rushed like I have with doctors in the office past. The entire staff was friendly & they have all their ducks in a row, they get you in ON TIME & get you out quickly after the doc leaves the room. The fact they have a lab for blood work in their clinic is a PLUS for me too.

The doctors and nurses are absolutely fantastic, but my god the front desk staff are the absolute worst. They are rude beyond belief, don't listen to you when you try to explain stuff to them and are overly unpleasant. I don't want to leave here because I truly enjoy the medical staff, but the front desk is really making me consider finding another doctor.

Dr. Morris has been my primary provider for many years and the service and staff is always top notch. Life happens and they always adapt to make it work. This is the only doctor I've ever had where with appointments you get in and out in a timely manner.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! First time I arrived at the office I had a appointment at 2:00, arrived about 10 minutes early, had all of my new patient paperwork filled out and ready to go. (One of the papers I filled out the doctor and the nurse did not even recognize??) Shouldn't you know what you are asking your patients to fill out???? Once finally checked in waited in the waiting room for 30 MORE MINUTES!!! Several patents that checked in after me were called back before me. Once I finally got called back and placed in a room it took the nurse a additional 20 minutes to come back and check all my vitals. After that waited another 25-30 minutes for the actual doctor Denise to come in. She was nice and friendly but seemed extremely unorganized. Had my procedure done then she said she would like to schedule me for blood work and she would be back to check me out. SHE NEVER CAME BACK!!!!!! The nurse that checked my vitals came back in and said I was good to go, so went and scheduled my blood work. About 2 weeks went by and I never got my test results from my first procedure back, so when I arrived to get my blood work done I asked about it. They said Denise or her nurse would call me. Got the call today that THEY LOST MY TEST THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO THE LAB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW?!?!?!?!? In my opinion that's extremely unprofessional and ridiculous! Due to my strict work schedule I can't just come in I have to make the apt in a month advance. The nurse did not apologize for the misplacement or anything she even asked if it was okay if I saw a different doctor and I do not like doing that. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND DO NOT RECCOMEND TAKING YOURSELF OR CHILDREN THERE!!!!!!!
