Took me in as a new client. Decided to change my meds during the virus , when I was already stable, and then just stopped treating me, answering call, or return my calls! Don’t go here!

My mother is a patient and the Doctor is awesome but the staff is rude. I have a 5 minute video of me calling from the lobby and them putting me on hold while they talk about their personal lives. Total B.S. if I had the office managers name and number I'd show them but nothing would be done about it.

I have been a patient if Dr. Khan for many years and he is a good Dr. but his staff is HORRIBLE!! They are rude and do not care about the patients at all! Half the time they either hang up on you instead of answering or just put you on hold without actually saying anything like Hello or can you hold! I’m so done with this place! I’m there for depression and they don’t care if you are almost out of medicine, they won’t help fit you in yo be seen.

Addiction is not black and white. Every case is different. He never once asked me if I was ok! He doesn't care about his patients. He took me off 2 important psych meds without warning, cold turkey. Then refused service (No solution or help) 1 addiction patient or 100 patients, they're all the same to him.... Street junkies. No in between with him! SOMETIMES MEDICAL CONDITIONS CHANGE THINGS.
