The staff in Martin’s are always kind & helpful anytime I call in. There is an excellent selection of newspapers, magazines, cards and stationery and plenty of chocolates and sweets.

My visit to the store was supporting someone with learning difficulties and disabled. The friendly staff recognised this person and said hello using their name. The member of staff serving was a friendly supervisor called Dionne, she made the person I supported feel respected, valued and confident. Took time to listen to what they were saying and gave them choice, explanations to different products. Advise on the products. The person I supported was so happy. The post office staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The person I supported has asked to go back there again and again. We now go out of our way to go there instead of locally to where they live. The shop is disabled friendly. Fantastic service everytime we visit. Thank you.
I can't thank the staff at martin haxby. As over that last 12 weeks I have received my paper every day as my days would have been long and boring with about it. They collected my cheque from me on a Saturday Well done to the manager for organizing all papers
